Bill Leone is the founder of United Property Restoration Services, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in General Contracting on all types of residential and commercial properties.
He is a Certified Fire, Water, and Smoke Restoration technician by IICRC and a member of the advisory panel for writing the standard for smoke damage through RIA. Bill is also a licensed Remodeling Contractor in the State of CT with HIC# 0560951, a licensed New Home Builder in Connecticut with NHC # 0012179, a licensed General Contractor in Rhode Island with license # 35391, and a licensed General Contractor in Massachusetts with Reg# 186891.
Additionally, he holds a license as a Demolition Contractor in the State of Connecticut with DMCR # 001740 and as an Asbestos Contractor with license #00822. As a Certified Asbestos Inspector of CT with License #39.001038 and a Certified Appraiser and Certified Umpire with the Insurance Appraisal and Umpire Association (IAUA), Bill brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work at United Property Restoration Services.
