Dean Jackson

Dean Jackson is the Mitigation Division Manager at our company. With over 30 years of experience in the disaster restoration business, he is responsible for overseeing mitigation in all locations. Dean holds 4 IICRC certifications, including Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, and Odor Control. He has attended several classes on management and employee development and has also attended numerous conventions with several types of classes and training.
Dean joined the U.S. Navy in 1987 and served until 1991 at Naval Submarine Support Facility in Groton, CT as a welder. He was then hired right out of the Navy at ServiceMaster as a carpet cleaner in 1991. Dean moved up the ladder in various positions until becoming the general manager, where he served for over 23 years.
